Is this a serious OC? Cause if she is, I could give some criticism if you'd like. ^^

As for the criticism, however-

I think she's a pretty pony, overall- though her cutie mark could (in my opinion) have a little more contrast to the main color of her body. As for making serious OC's, usually making alicorns is a big no-no, unless you can pull them off correctly. An alicorn is an alicorn cause she or he has done something great, or has a big duty. Celestia and Luna both raise and lower the sun and moon respectively- Cadence rules over the Crystal Kingdom with Shining Armor, and Twilight had created a new magic spell from what I know.

Furthermore, I think that her talent isn't exactly specific. Fire/Sun could refer to many things, and referring to the sun in her talents might make people think she's ripping off Celestia. You should make her more specific. Is she good at controlling fire? Can she endure fire well? Or maybe is it something only somewhat related to fire- like torch juggling, or fire breathing?

She, overall, could become a decent OC with a bit of work. I'm just here to give advice, and point out qualities about your OC that others might find bad. I have my own OC's, myself- and I have had to work on them, and develop them- and also had to scrap OC's that I thought were bad, and we all have to go through that when making our own OC's. However- still try to have fun with it. Ok? ^^

Omigosh, the giant post ( that I semi-read) is very helpful.
My charectar is acutally a bit more specific. She is the general, and the daughter of Luna. Her name is Catclaws, and her talent is fighting. She fought for her life when she was a filly. And her sister is flicker. (My charectars are always troubled as a kid,lol)
She fought her EVIL cousin. And killed him. And she also has claws coming out of her hooves when she's mad( hence the name "Catclaws")
