my first entry for the outlet cat artist competition. i'm really hoping to at least place, as i really fell in love with this design as i was creating it.
it's markings and the design are kind of based off of koi fish.

i tried to read the coloring guidelines carefully, so i really hope i didn't make any mistakes.

things you might need/want to know about myself & my art;;

{i use a bamboo tablet for most of my digital art
{my gallery isn't the best example of my art, generally.
{i like to do a variety of designs; light, dark, natural, mechanical, bright, sketchy, soft, smooth, etc. although
{i have a tendency to draw inspiration for color pallets and sometimes (like here) markings from things in nature, but that's not all i can do, or all that i do.
{i take criticism well.
{i entered another artist competition, but i'm honestly a lot more fond of this species. (i'm a cat person and i find this adorable), so i might end up withdrawing from the other one.

silly me forgot to add pupils! fixed it though c:
