So ya,here is my explanation of the design and important stuff

This little guys design was based off of blue and a bit of bunnies and yellow.I might sometimes base these things off impulse but usually if I get to be an artist I will base them off of a theme or themes.So ya anyway,if I get to keep him I'll name him Sky....
