I think it's great! The iris colors are very pretty and well drawn. I can offer a bit of advice though.

Okay, so first of all I think the iris should be more round. The top of the iris should touch the eye lid, and same thing with the bottom of it. Because you have the pupil facing toward the viewer, the iris should be centered in the eye. Also, watch the bottom outline, it should come up a bit more, right after the third eyelid remnant. (the red part) The white part of the eye isn't all white, try adding a bit of shading, and red/pink veins. Finally, the skin below the eye is very textured, it has small little bumps and grooves. You did a great job on the creases right above and below the eye! I hope that all makes sense.

Hey this is really awesome! I think it should be in intermediate!

I just have two suggestions: The white of the eyes is very white... If you look at most pictures although the whites look "white" it would probably look more natural if you darkened it to more of an off-white and save the glaring white to show the reflection and shininess of the eye. The other thing is just to blend your shading around the eyes a little more - it looks sort of scratchy and rough right now on the upper eyelid.
