Art for Minnie:). Tis her charrie. I did the outlines last night w/ my tablet and the colors etc. on the comp (w/ a mouse). I don't normally do neon colors, so this was kinda fun. I attempted to make her look like she was going fast... I failed. Dimensions give me problems, so this one took a while. I am so swamped on other art, and I haven't been able to get a hold of my tablet lately :cry: . Crit please.
