This is my custom MLP, Wefa. She can control the 4 elements (Ex. Make it rain, make flowers grow, spontaneously create fire, and make the wind blow)

For anyone who's wondering about her cutie mark, it's a symbol for the 4 elements. The circle with the dot in the middle represents air, the circle with the cross inside it represents earth, the normal circle represents fire, and the circle with the horizontal line in the middle represents water.
