What Is A Kasai Equine?

A horse like creature that roams places such as the Rocky Mountains and Alaska, Basically they can be found anywhere where there is snow most of the year.There mane is a magical flame that not much is known about and why it does not hurt a Kasai Equine, It helps keep them warm within the deep snow. A uncommon sight is one with wings,With these it can only go up about six feet and even though it makes them seem kinda useless it does help to scale any rocky hill. They do have horns though only the males do, They use these to fight for one of the top three spots within a herd.

Kasai Equine travel in herds of anywhere from ten to twenty, Mostly made up of females though out of the males there are up to three that will lead the herd about. Whatever these three males say goes and all herd members will listen or be exiled from the herd, Leaving them to find a new herd. They have a food diet of plants and small animals like mice, Making them seem not so much as gentle creatures.

They can be tamed by a human though only if raised from a foal other whys they will not have any will to listen to that of a human, They can be ridden though to do so they must have a special type of jewel to make there flames harmless. About three jewels is needed to make the flames on a full grown adult harmless, They place the jewels in the center of a metal bracelet that is then put around the front legs and tail.

Kasai Equine name:This handsome boy deserves a beautiful name so I thought, how about Aedus which means fire in Irish - relating to his fiery temper but also his red and orange stripes which remind me of fire.
Personality:Aedus is quite a proud Kasai Equine and sometimes boasts out of pure happiness of what he has. He tries not to boast though as he knows that many other Kasai Equines hate him for it. When you look at Aedus from afar, he can sometimes look and sound a little pompous and slightly pushy but then after a while of having a conversation with him, Aedus will mostly warm up to you and you will find a quite gentlemanly, mannered and caring animal who does not mean to hurt anyone. Calm but with a slight temper, Aedus has a short amount of patience that he runs out of quickly and that's when he snaps and gets frustrated and angry at anyone who passes him. Though these mood swings wear off, many other Kasai Equines tend to keep their distance from him as to not be shouted at in anger. Because everyone tends to keep away from him, Aedus is currently trying to be more patient with everyone and try and warn them before he snaps.
