►WHAT IS A BOBA TEA PUP? ::

I'm sure you folks know what a puppy is, so I'll just explain the boba tea part, hehe. Boba tea, aka "bubble tea", is a yummy tea drink developed in tea shops of Taiwan that can be made with fruit or milk, and sometimes both! Although there is a wide variety of flavours available, every boba tea drink has one thing in common: chewy tapioca pearls!

Now, what do you get when you mix boba tea with a puppy? Why, a Boba Tea Pup, of course!

BTPs are miniature puppies, about as tall as the average glass cup, with stomachs and tails made of their favorite kind of boba tea. Like the delectable drink, they are sweet as can be! Their eye and ear colors always match the color of their tea, and they always carry a drinking straw on hand. All BTPs have tapioca pearls in their bellies and tails and the pearls are almost always a dark brown/black color; other than that, their designs are arbitrary. For some reason, their tails tend to stay afloat and the tapioca pearls never fall out. As expected, their diet consists of tea and tapioca pearls.

Ever since Mona visited Thailand with me, she has longed to return to its beautiful beaches; and most importantly, delectable fruit. Pictured above is a fruit stand you would often see if you were strolling the streets, it's quite common to find fresh fruit around every corner.

unique. It defines her character quite
well; a puppy who adores summer and is
her own character. Her name means "golden
summer." Her nicknames include Ju-Ju, July,

- wherever she goes, her favorite place
is under the shade. Even though playing
in the pool is fantastically fun, and going
to her favorite park is great, nothing
matches the wonders of what happens
under a tree's cool cascade. July adores
the things you can see underfoot, the
kind of stuff you normally ignore. She likes
to photograph those things, and sometimes
the bigger things like a gorgeous sunset or
the perfect arrangement of clouds and sky.

You're probably thinking,what kind of stupid name is that?!
It is a French name for strawberry.
Here's a little story to go with it.
When farmers grow strawberries,they will usually cover the soil with straw,to keep it from rotting.
Maybe that's where the name came from in the first place.
Strawberry.
Fraisier sounds intelligent as well.

name :: Saccharine (sak -er - in) or Sakki. Saccharine is a synonym of sweet. It is used to describe excessively flavorsome foods. I was trying to find a word which describes the feeling you get when you eat a boiled sweet or a bit of fruit and it has so much flavor you almost want to spit it back out again and catch your breath. (Or am I the only one who gets that?) So, Sakki was born.

favorite vacation spot and why :: Costa del Sol in Spain.
This is a popular holiday destination due to it's extremely warm climate, good food and laid-back culture. For Sakki, the idea of lying about a pool all day, doing nothing, is maddening. But if you give her a towel and a beach, she'll refuse to budge. She loves the cute little huts that litter the sands of this area, selling fruit smoothie, iced tea, and desserts, and when she's managed to deplete the entire area of anything resembling the above, she could spend hours in the aqua-marine, crystal clear waters. The humid nights don't seem to get to her, the warmer the better. After spending all day on the beach, she loves nothing more than to lie and listen to the town's night-life, with gentle music drifting out from late-closing restaurants and fireworks flashing in the distance. Of course, the fruity nature of the cuisine around here have nothing to do with it...C;

Well, to her, the answer to "why?" is obious. The clean, emerald waters, the rich plant life, and the thundering, though calming sound of the frothing falls. But she also knows about the Sarajevo Roses, and the Sarajevo Red Line. To her, the country holds sentimental value. It has suffered through so much, the bombings, the seige, the war. She knows about the country's sad history, but Sherbert feels that how, with all that this country went through, it can still offer such beauty, such untouched pure life, is what really shows it's strength and importance.
