Yes.... it is Stereo's dress, but it's not quite right you see. I did it on paper, but now, I have to decide if it's really transparent...
Yeah so...... it's not right. I'll figure which colours and transparent or not.... But yes, it has stars :3

I think it'll suit her
Maybe try just making the cape translucent and the top bit well not
