I've taken the form from the HTTYD RP I''ve submitted her to, and filled in what parts might apply to this post.

Trainer's name:Tira(Scottish name meaning land) Also called "Tira the Valorous"(if being respectful) and "Tira the Fingerless"(if insulting)
Trainer's age: 17
Trainer's gender: Female
Personality:Somewhat sarcastic, but friendly nonetheless. Tends to use dry humor, if she jokes. Tira loves dragons deeply, almost more than she does humans, and often spends her days with the scaly creatures instead of her family and friends. She's independent, and doesn't like having "inferiors" tell her how to do things. Despite her name, Tira loves the feel of the wind, and rides her dragon Faethe as often as possible. She is an agile rider with a daredevil attitude. Tira is also extremely intelligent, and loves riddles. Her temper is not something to be reckoned with, and though she tolerates children's innate naughtiness, Tira holds her peers and herself to high standards and morals. Her greatest desire is to become leader of the village someday, and Hiccup is probably the only person who she will always obey without question.
History (opt.): Tira the Valorous was born to a fishing family in the village of Berk. She grew up during the plague of Dragon's Bane, and it broke her heart to see so many dragons die such a horrible death. Because of the sudden decrease in dragon population, Tira had believed that she would never be able to ride upon one of her own. Her father taught her at a young age how to fish eel, and at the age of ten and a half a particularly large eel that she was trying to kill slipped her grasp, and she lost her right middle finger from the bone dagger that she still carries. Tira had resigned herself to the belief that she would never become more than Tira the Fingerless. Because of her unlucky(not to mention inglorious) loss of appendage, Tira found herself with few who would think her a worthy companion. Hiccup taught her how to handle a blade, and she was overjoyed when he and Toothless presented her with a Mood Dragon Egg. When it hatched she named the small creature Faethe, which meant friend. Tira soon proved herself to be a very capable dragon rider, and won the respect of most of the village.
