I understand it is a bit much but I would appreciate it if you at least read up to the Payment section or Rule section.
What is a Merpony?
A merpony is a pony that was born with fins instead of back hooves. They also have different Elemental Powers that determine their Fin/Tail colors. For example a Fire Elemental Power gives a tail color of Red , Orange, or Yellow. Earth Elementals have Brown or Grass Green tails.Water Elementals have tails that are any shade of Blue.Air Elementals have white to grey tails. These nice creatures have agreed to let me help them find new homes where they will be happy. Every week a few Merponies will come to the adoption center. Our caretakers(Artists and Myself) will find them happy homes and put them up for adoption.
Rules
I know we don't really care for them but if we don't have them it is almost always chaos.

- You may mini-mod if it is absolutely necessary
- Please don't not complain if you do not win the premade you wanted
- Please don't ask to be a co-owner,artist,or mod if the forms are not open
- Please don't ask for customs when forms are not open
- Respect other people and our staff
