Okay. So here are the instructions:
1. Draw a circle. Simple right?
2.Draw a (1.) horizontal line that extends about a radius (of the circle) and then some. Then draw a (2.) second line about 45 degrees above the horizontal line. At the end on the horizontal line draw a (3.) slightly slanted line. These will all come in handy later!
3. First lower the opacity of you sketch and on a new layer start drawing. Then connect the (3.) slanted line to the bottom of the circle to create the jaw, then sketch the chest fur to your liking. Next connect the top of the (3.) slanted line to (2.) 45 angle line with a slight curve. Next make a sharp curve, and follow the curve of the circle to make the top of the head.
4.Add the nose and mouth to your liking. To draw the eye at this angle I use the edge of the circle to help create the curve. I add the ears along the curve of the circle as well.
5. Start refining the sketch some, like adding the fur and whisker marks or whatever you want to add.
6. As you can see on my final product I changed quite a few things and added some things. That is fine, that is what the sketch is for! So you can see what you want to add or take away.
If anything is unclear please tell me. :D Hope this helps! Also, practice a lot. Practice really makes perfect.
