She actually used to be a high society canterlot pony. But her family lost money and seperated. She was left alone at a young age and eventually joined a crew. Though the time on board, she got her cutie mark.

Pfff I know. It's hard to imagine her like that. She was originally from a wealthy canterlot family so she grew up pretty soft. But despite her kind of sticking out from being gentle she's good at what she does and can be stubborn so I'm sure she will be ok. ^^ hopefully.
