I agree, it isn't really intermediate worthy.
But if you really want a feature, you need to stop searching for one and get better at the oekaki and put more effort into your art. You only spent about 6 minutes on this drawing. Most drawings that get featured have an hour or more put into them. You also have to be creative with your drawings. I got featured with a dragon with fire behind him. XD Arrow29 (is that the right number?) got featured with two lynx characters running in front of a sunrise, and was based off of a song. It also took 8 hours, whch is hard work (I'm working on something that took 8 hours so far and I'm not even done yet!). So be more creative, improve at art and ChibiPaint, and put more effort in your drawings, and maybe someday you'll get a feature! And you don't have to be an experienced user to get one. I got one within two months of joining.
