::Fox Jeweled Dragons are fluffy canine-like creatures about the size of a pony, with a dragon's nose, fox's tail, and thick silky fur. Above their shoulders, they have a pair of levitating chibi-wings (the size can vary). Above their head, between their wings, at the tip of their tail, and various other places on some occasions, they have floating diamond-hard gemstones which aid to their elemental powers.
::FJD's are friendly and graceful creatures, often walking up to passers-by unafraid. However, their personalities vary as much as their wide range of vibrant colors.
::FJD's use magic. Their floating gemstones contain a cryptic mystical energy which gives them enchanted properties. When an FJD uses his or her element, their wings morph into and spin around to create a ring of whatever that element is. Ex: When a fire elemental uses their power, their wings set ablaze and spin around to create a ring of flames. The same is for water, air, etc.

::To adopt one from staff, you must obey their adoption rules, whether it's selling one for payment or having an art contest to see who gets it.
::We do not do customs based off of picture references of any kind. Customs are for new and original characters. The only exception is for picture references of a theme; Ex: "A beach theme of this picture."But no basing it off of CS pets and etc.

Any artist, especially ones who do customs for free, have the right to deny your custom if they have too many requests piling up, and you'd have to ask another artist.
Do not complain if it takes a while. Read with your eyes: there are only 3 custom workers who do it for free.

RULES:
::Maximum ownership is 3! (this will change when breeding opens)
::Staff can use whatever method they wish to adopt one out: art contest, auction, first-come-first-serve, and choose who to adopt it out to. It is their design, and they can regulate its adoption how they wish. To adopt one, you must comply by their rules.
::Staff can make their own designs/offspring (breeding isn't yet open)
::Staff, if you adopt one out for payment, record what the payment was. (reason is in further rules)
::Once you own a design, it is yours. You can bring off-site, draw, etc, whatever: it's your character. Just don't claim as your own. When off-site, cite both back to the adoptable AND the artist you adopted it from (might change that)
::You can put up your design again. However, if you adopt it out to someone else, it must be on the original thread which you adopted it from. If you sell the design, it must be for the same or less payment than you payed to adopt it at first.

No because it changes. Some people might like a really specific custom and others just throw out a random theme or something. Just say what you think we'd need to know to make the custom
