Chest and neck need to be smaller, and wings bigger. It's a great pic!

you inspired me so i drew a winged horse though they are chibi wings:)its further down the page though its not as good as this by far

Your good with drawing the tablet, but the proportions are a bit off. Work on that and You'll be fantastic. Maybe add some lighting and shadow.
