Her name is simply Flare. She used to have a more sophisticated, normal name but she refuses to tell anypony what it is. It's probably because her old name didn't fit her personality at all, and she just really hated it. Her old name was Veronica.
Talent I'd give it:;
She uses her magic to create fire's. But these fires are a bit different than your average ones. She uses her fire to entertain ponies. For example, she generates fire with magic and creates a light show with it. Flare knows how to do all sorts of tricks and is soon to be the best in ponyville at fire magic.
Cutie Mark I'd give it:;
Her cutiemark is a bit hard to describe. If I won I would have to draw it on. Her cutiemark is a Fire that looks like it's dancing up her leg onto her flank. (It's a bit hard to describe as I said before..)
Backstory maybe?:;
She is your average mare who enjoys to show off. She is quite arrogant and loves to boast how good she is at controlling fire. On the inside however, she is quite shy and only seek's other ponies attention to make her feel special. Flare was often teased as a filly for her tomboy attitude, so nowadays she can be desperate to belong. That is why she enjoys to show so much, it makes her feel like she's wanted and that other ponies enjoy her.
