Talent I'd give it- She's able to control the force of water. For example, she can make a waterfall flow faster than it would, or make a stream flow slower.

Cutie Mark I'd give it- A sky blue waterfall falling partway down her leg where it stopped in a darker blue pool. This represents her ability to control the force of water.

Backstory maybe?- Tjaynera was raised always near the water, and grew up playing in it. After she got her cutie mark, she decided to leave the lake she had grown up by and travel to find waterfalls, which she had always been attracted to. She loves practicing her talent on rain and travels towards storms when she wanders near one on her journeys.
