I was thinking:
Name - I like Paris Dreams as her actual name, believe it or not. It sounds like a MLP name to me.
Talent - Maybe all things art? Since my favorite thing to do is draw, and Paris is famous for the painters that work there.
Cutie Mark - Maybe an Ifle Tower to represent Paris?
Not that I don't like your ideas... Only thing is... Sorry if I'm really picky, because I was thinking about making her my main MLP character if everything goes well.
