: How Did She Get Her Cutiemark :
When she was a filly,Chernobyl was caught in the raideation from the Chernobyl Disaster in Ukrain.Being trapped in the toxic air mutated her lungs.After finaly being saved,Chernobyl helped other ponies become immune to raideation.Soon,the Toxic symbol became her cutie mark.
