Aya was born to two calico parents with four other kittens. Aya was the only one born with unique markings. Not only did he have slight calico coloring, but he also had markings with the orange and black colors in tattoo like patterns. Aya has one brother and three sisters. His brother is mostly orange with several black and white patches. His sisters vary but combined have an equal amount of orange, black, and white.
When Aya was a little kitten, his parents were a little unsure of what to do with their unusual child. They loved him so much they didn't want to abandon him, but they were afraid to show him in public and be mocked or even shunned for having a different child. Aya didn't realize he was different till he was about five months. His siblings didn't mind his markings, but he knew he was different from them.
In school, he was treated friendly but sometimes thought the other kits were talking about him behind his back. As time went on, his markings were ignored and he was treated just like anyone else. The others came to accept him as he is.
Now that he's an adult, he stands up for himself and loves to make new friends. He hopes one day he can find that special someone to call his own and share a life with. Maybe Sundae will be that special someone. :p

{In detail} Face- Two different colored eyes, both a shade of teal. Right side of his face is black with an orange "W/M" marking. His left cheek and neck has a patch of orange with a black broken crescent moon marking.
Chest- A "yin-yang" like marking in the middle of his chest. Right side is orange with half a black heart, a thorn in the center; Left side is black with half an orange heart, three thorns coming off the side.
Right Legs- Front right paw, above his toes, has a "ring of fire" in black. Back left paw is orange. Back right haunch has a black and orange "x" with hooks on the black "/".
Left Legs- Front left paw is black. Back left haunch has a wind like marking in black.
Belly- It's almost identical to the orange half heart on the chest, but curls back around almost like a "z" with a tail.
Tail- His tail is ringed black and orange. The tip has four orange stripes crossing over one another ("\\" and "//"). In the orange center stripe, there is a wave like marking in black.
