よえん in Hirigana and ヨエン in Katakana and I can't find it in Kanji. (the three types of scripts in Japanese)
(I think that's right, I'm only just learning Japanese and haven't learnt anything other than romaji yet, so I don't know if the Hirigana and Katakana translations are right or not. )

Personality:
Yoen is impulsive, noticeably impulsive; or to be more accurate he's very curious and never stops to think on the consequences of his actions.
Never holds a grudge because he is very forgiving.
If he's not exploring something, he's playing with Shao friends or his human friend, or sometimes by himself.
He's not exactly naive, but he has a certain carefree, oblivious attitude about him that makes him appear to be very naive.
Sometimes he is extremely lazy, he has extreme lazy days every now and then; which isn't suprising considering how much he runs about otherwise.

Other:Unfortunately I don't have enough things to order art, and I'm terrible at poems (at least I think so). I don't like quickly forming character backgrounds either, and I cannot write present/future stories about something unless I have a feel for their past.
I can't just randomly come up with this guy's past for I want Yoen to have a deepness to him.

He loves to swim, he has a fascination with water, particularly how it contrasts with his colours, and he really likes fire too, but he's not allowed to get too close to the flames. Like a dog, he doggy paddles, so not the best swimmer, but among Shaos, he's very good.
He enjoys looking at art, but doesn't like making it because he's not good at it, since he can't hold a paintbrush and all.
His favourite food is pear, he just loves them so much.
He loves to eat, but not excessively so. He'll eat slowly, enjoying every chew, and then when he starts to feel full, he'll stop, and not touch any food after that until he feels hungry again.
Pizza is Yoen's favourite savoury food.

Personality: Kind of a quirky guy, he just doesn't seem to quite run on the same wavelengths as most. He's sort of gawky and awkward (especially in his method of wording things, and his choice of analogies), but in an adorable way that just appeals to your gooey marshmallow center. He's sort of the Shao equivalent of one of those boys who is awkward and nerdy, but in an exceedingly cute way. You just wanna hug him sometimes, or scruffle the fur on his head. He is generally an upbeat, optimistic guy. He tends to be sort of quiet around a crowd, but will open up a bit with just one-three people.

Other: This is more a notice than anything else, but I would like to feature him in my story, which is mainly about CS pets but also has some custom pets and species thrown in. It's basically about an apocalyptic world where monstrous beings quite literally suck the life energy out of all living things; the humans have fled to encampments in the far north, leaving behind their old lives, including most animals (pets, livestock, zoo animals, circus animals, wild things, etc.). So my story is that of the animals left behind; it would be really awesome to have another species to put in with my bunnies, cats, dogs, horses, birds, wolves, foxes, dragons, etc, etc. I portray a lot of different characters from a lot of different species, and it's always nice to exercise my writing muscles and really work at getting the personality, mannerisms, nature, etc. of a new, exciting species down to a "T." I only ever try out for an adoptable when I really feel connected to them; I wouldn't want to get a pet and then never use it, right? So all of the adoptables I try out for I fully plan on using in my story, and I would love to have this captivating guy as a character, too!
