Well i own a cockatiel...and i originally drew this on paper. My brother (okami4) told me to draw this for Tess since she has one too. It's hard for me to tell whether the cockatiel she has, has brown eyes or blue eyes( the one that shows for the forum) So i just put...brown eyes. ANYWHO for you tess, hope you like it(; OH AND IS THIS INTERMEDIATE WORTHY?
