I think the whale I drew is really good (considering I did this on a laptop ) The backround isnt the best, but I tried and worked really hard! I think this is pretty good. If it needs to be mobed into beggingers thats okay.

The whale is good Christine! I have a tip for the water... Try to smudge together different shades of blue. For example, regular blue, light(or dark) blue and turqoise.

Thanks Blaise! I LOVE the whale, I think I did awesome with it . Yeah the water I was unsure on.....I tried doing it this way because I painted a dolphin jumping out of the water and I used a certain technique, buts it is VERY different with digital art . THANKS!!!
