Eye of Dio

I was testing out this eye shading tutorial from dA, and it turned into Dio's eye, so then I just kind of did whatever I felt like and this happened. :3
I suppose this could be some CIE day art for him, even though the actual date was yesterday. Crazy Dingo. <3
