Did you retry using the link (making sure if it was supposed to be windows, which most computers are windows. if not then 3rd party?) Sometimes it won't work properly. I tried it twice, and it didn't work. So I did it a third time with my internet closed for a while, then reopened and used oekaki.

I do already have a Wacom Inutos 5 ( intuos pro they call it now?) ^^;;
