Personality:
Cody is a strange one indeed. While it has no gender, it prefers to be regarded as a he. It's a rebellious model that obtained a personality through a virus that entered his specific modelling system, and it has created its own persona. It is curious about living, breathing life, and it holds the desire to learn new things. While it generally looks emotionless, the virus itself has become a part of Cody, and it grows with it as if turning it into something with a heart, a soul. While Cody is not sure if its database comprehends the idea of jealousy, it does indeed understand sadness, and it feels sad when others are happy, specifically for couples. While it doesn't have a heart, Cody desires one more than anything, and wants to be loved and not treated like a weapon.
Cody is also a bit of a clinger. It likes to keep its mind or possession on things that interest him, similar to a crow with shiny objects. Likewise, it also becomes attached to those that show affection for it, in any form that it is able to comprehend. Thus, it becomes over-protective of the things it holds dear, and is willing to be shut down for the sake of those he "loves". But there's also the fact that Cody was created to be a weapon, and it can have short circuiting issues when damaged, and thus the "death-bot" side of Cody will activate, and for a tiny cat robot, this thing alone was meant to wipe out cities.
Cody is also most happy when it gets the chance to eat batteries or forms of electricity. It's pretty much its addiction, and will act weirdly when exposed to too much of it. Oil will have the same/similar effects.
How was it created/by who?:
Doctor Rhodes Waine is the creator of the Codarius Cat Series, a plot in which he sold thousands of Cat toys that essentially act as a servant to its owner, being able to take in any command and stubbornly pull off the task. He created these so that eventually, he would activate all of them, and proceed for overthrowing the planet with chaos. Of course, he's been unable to sell any because they all become faulty. After Codarius was created and the virus came in, the robot cat left out of free will, and since then, the doctor hasn't been able to make more, for he saved the blueprints to the Death-Machine into Model 13, where he figured that storing it there for a night would make the next day's work start easier.
Doctor Waine created every model of Codarius' kind through scratch, never revealing, and desired to reveal, his secret to any "workers".
