Woodland Beasts (WB) were first discovered by Dr. Vineta many years ago. She would watch them for days, scribbling down all their physical movements and looks. Their most outstanding feature is their fluff; seen on the back of both fore and hind legs, medium length rounded ears, a thin wolf tail with long fluff hanging off, extremely fluffy chest, scales scattered on various parts of the body and large ram horns. Although the case in most breeds of horned animals, the males usually have them, but with Woodland Beasts all genders have horns. When Woodland Beasts are newborn, they can be as small as a chihuahua, and grow to the size of a large pony! Woodland beast's have dragon-like faces with great eyesight for spotting far away prey. Their diet consists of fruit, leaves, grass, vegetables and sometimes meat. If you can tame a Woodland Beast, then you've got a friend for life! Once you're friends, you can never get rid of them <3

- Don't steal the species.
- Don't whine if you don't win the Woodland Beast you intended to.
- Don't spam the thread with off-topic or continuous posts.
- Don't ask to be part of the staff.
- Don't ask for a custom. We will never be doing them.
- Don't copy anyone else's designs.
- Don't use someone else's Woodland Beast if it is not yours/you have no permission to.
- Don't create non-existing Woodland Beasts. We will find out you have created a custom without permission.
- Don't overly revamp Woodland Beasts. You can revamp them a little, but only with the artist's and my permission.
- No, you may not colour in gift lines to try and win Woodland Beasts.
- Woodland Beasts are never first come first serve.
- Do not double-post ^^
- Woodland Beasts will never have extremely complicated or over-the-top designs.
- WD can have a maximum of 5 colours.
- You may add accessories to your Woodland Beast/re-do the lines/make new Backgrounds.
- Do not remove my signature.
- You can own up to 4 Woodland Beasts for now.
- There will never be any brightly coloured or neon Woodland Beasts, but they can be natural and unnatural coloured.
- If you break any of these rules, that will lead to a warning.

• Re-adopting rules •
If you want to put your Woodland Beast back up for adopt, read below...
- You can do a minor re-vamp and then put it back up for adopt.
- Gift it to someone who doesn't already have a Woodland Beast.
- See if the person who designed it would like to keep it.
- Put it up for adopt with no revamp, help provide a new form and judge.
- You cannot make runner ups for it unless you have a mod's or my permission. Preferably mine.
- You cannot have a day-long competition. Give the contestants time to create a reasonable form.
• Artist rules •
- You may make yourself up to 3 customs.
- You can own 5 Woodland Beasts.
- You can handle 3 contests at once. No more, but you may handle 1 at the minimum.
- You may make rare WD.
- No neon or bright colours.
- WD can have a maximum of 5 colours.
- Do not design with extremely complicated or over-the-top designs.
- Do not make customs or earn profit out of designing.

- You may make 2 customs.
- You can own 5 Woodland Beasts.
- Do not double-post unless extremely necessary.

• Warning and banning rules •
- One warning means that you cannot adopt any Woodland Beasts for three days.
- Two warnings mean that you cannot adopt any Woodland Beasts for one week.
- Three warnings mean a ban, and that you are banned from posting and adopting on the Wood Beasts thread.
