Basics
Elifurs are a strange race. They are somewhat related to Lumiretts.They are often seen in dreams or the sky.
The tuft around its neck is called the Elef, which holds an Elifur's elemental power.
However, if this tuft is removed, its power will be very weak until its Elef grows back.
Habitat
The Elifur is often found in the sky or in children's dreams.
Elifurs used to live on land, but Humans hunted them to the point where there were only 50 left.
They soon moved to the sky, learning to fly or float. They also live on the clouds.
Elifur "towns" are sometimes seen from a plane. They also roam dreams of children. Children can see Elifurs, but not Adults.
They often do this to hide their existence as much as possible.
Types
Cloud-the most common type. Many shades of gray and blue, as well as a white, blue or gray Elef.
Hail-often seen on colder days. Variant of Cloud. Often spotted or flecked with a dark gray or dark blue Elef.
Sunrise-Also known as day, most active at day or dawn. Sunrise colored.
Sunset- Also known as night, most active at night or dusk. Sunset or night colored.
Snow-occasionally seen on snowy days and blizzards. Prefer snow because it is harder to see them. Light colored.
Rainbow-rarest type. Bright colors, often rainbow.
Crystal-slightly more common than Rainbow. Bright colors. Often seen with crystals growing on Elifur.
Breeding Types
Shine-cross between Sunset and Rainbow. Often mistaken for shooting stars. They seem to glow.
Thunder-cross between Snow and Cloud. Bright patterns on a dark base color.
Coal-cross between Hail and Sunrise types. Often soot colored or dark colored.
