This is Anubis, a egyptian god. Well, he looks like a jackal in this picture, but he's mostly depicted as a man with a jackal's head. And he's like Osiris's right hand man (Osiris is Lord of the Dead). Go Egyptian mythology ! Oh, and that weapon he has is called a Khopesh, but it's half buried in the ground ( ).
