1) The head was a tiny bit large, I think I even got it too big. The head you drew was larger than the chest, which shouldn't happen
2) The legs were a bit short. Most cats have long legs, better for running, jumping, climbing, ect. You need to lengthen the legs a little. And remember, the legs on the other side of the cat should appear a little bit shorter, as they are farther away.
3) The base of the legs (where they connect to the body) was too small. Legs do get wider as they come closer to the body, espesially those hind legs.
4)The paws. You just did the simple paws, so I assumed you needed help there too. Cats have 4 "fingers", a dewclaw (only on front paws).

5)The ears were a bit large, and remember, ears are not perfectly flat! They have some fur behind them, giving them a more cone-like, #D shape. They also have fur on the insides.
The basic body shape was pretty good, I just added lots of fur ^.^'
6)The tail isn't spiky, try to keep the fur in clumps. Also, the cat has fur on the top of the tail, even if it is more flat!
7)Lastly, the eyes weren't shaped quite right. You placed them in the correct position though! (If you drew a strait line from the corner of the nose going diagonally upwards, you would get the eye. The eye is more near the top of the head, and in front of the ears. You placed the eye perfectly.) The eye of a cat (side view) is more like a rounded triangle, with some longer lines to show the bridge of the nose and the eyelid.
Hope that helped, once again, I'm not perfect, so the best thing to do would be to go google some refs and draw from there. (If you have your own cat, that's even better!)
