anyone know how to rotate this? i still haven't figured it out...

There's a little tool in the tool box that looks like two rectangles with an arrow like its flipping one rectangle. Just click that and drag with your mouse in a circular motion to turn it.

i had this problem too, and no one knew how to fix it. omo
BUT I DO NOW.
go here:

switch your oekaki to the most recent version,ChibiPaint v2.0
THEN turn your picture how you want it.
if you align the pixels just right, it should come out.
