This could be an adoptable I can make if enough people like the idea.

About the species:
-Lives mostly in water
-only needs to come up for air once every ten years, but when it does it needs to be above water for 48 hours and can usually be seen running around on a beach and eating fruits. At this time it is most vulnerable to being caught by humans or killed by predators.
-A male of these sea unicorns most commonly breeds with a Narwhal to have a one in 10,000 chance at a Sea unicorn(most likely another Narwhal will be born).
-A breeding between two of these is rare in the wild, but when it does happen they become mates for life. Records show that a female Sea unicorns can only birth one or two sea unicorn foals before becoming sterile.
-It has big-cat like ears, what some people would call a "Pegasus" mane, waterproof feathers on it's tail and big eyes. It doesn't have a very good sense of smell, since it was made to live underwater.
-They are born on Land. The Narwhal that is in fact pregnant with this Sea Unicorn will breach itself on a warm beach somewhere, far away from it's icy home to give birth to this Sea Unicorn. After about twenty minutes the foal will already be walking and will have enough air to last him his first two years underwater, which it will feed off it's mother's milk. Then it will venture away from it's mother for the first time to go to land. The first time it is on land for it's first lonely 48 hours is the hardest. They don't know about the predators on land,one out of every three Sea Unicorn will be killed on this venture. This is another reason why they are so rare. Another one out of three has a great chance at being killed before it's fifth year of life, which is when it reaches sexual maturity
