Mynte walked through the forest, looking around the forest floor, searching for herbs. She gazed at the lovely green of rosemary and her thoughts drifted off. She was back at her school, where she was being teased.

The hoards of small ponies were suffocating Mynte. Their glaring faces forced her into a corner. She had just transferred into the area, and her strange accent and obsession with plants had made a the perfect victim. The other ponies had seized the chance and tormented her with notes and glances. Mynte raced away to an obscure spot in the forest, where she found a gorgeous plant. She had never seen one before, as it never grew in her homeland. It was the Mynte plant, for which she was named. She smelled its appetizing scent and pluck a few leaves, so she could experiment with it. As she headed home, she saw small strawberries dotting the path. She picked a bundle and put it in her bag.

Mynte woke up, remembering the bittersweet memory. After she had reached home, she made a small treat with the mint and strawberries. That's when a small poof and a tickling sensation occurred. She remembered the joy she felt as she saw her cutie mark. From that day forward, she ignored the bullies and settled on perfecting her use of herbs. Sighing at the fond thought, Mynte turned the plant, and resumed her mission.
