Cutiemark and Talent:
This mare's cutie mark is a sword with two red ribbons wrapped around it. This indicates that her talent is battle, but isn't a total "ruffian". The ribbons were also suppesed to give her a mysterious and mythical quality.

In Depth Design Description (down to the last accessory!):
This mare is blue, with darker wing tips and lighter hooves. Her mane is royal purple with acid green streaks. She is accompanied by a firey, dark, small dragon, and a more calm, woody snake. She seems active, and michevious as well. This mare appears to have fangs, much like a changeling. Odd, but you often come to expect things like this!

Idealized History and Occupation:
This mare works with the guards of her country. She is often our patrolling, but when she isn't she likes to run, race, win, and eat.

This purple mare was born and raised on a small cloud cottage. There wasn't anypony living around for miles, so this mare was pretty lonely. She played by herself, and played with the woodland creatures, and she was content. All the food her family needed was in the forest. One day, she saw a small glimmer, far off, but visible. She flew low and towards it, and saw several pegasi gaurds resting in the shade of a tree. She loved the armor, and the feel of leadership in the gaurds. When she grew up, this mare traveled far and wide, searching for a place where she could become a gaurd. She finally found the castle, and here she is now!

Okay! Forgive my lateness to response! I need to get on top of that again....
Love your color usage; it's fantastic! The highlights and mane are a perfect match, and those eyes.... You just put so much I like in there! And that cutie mark.... I think I'm in love with it.... Her companions only make her more gorgeous and attractive to me, and I really think she speaks out for the defensive and honorable side of me. Amazing work! I can't think of a single thing I'd change that might mess up her design!
