Epoivy, it's a play on a French word. Poix means 'pitch' and I mean it as in pitch black, and I wanted to combine that with evening or eve somehow, so I came up with Epoivy, a mixture of the two. It seems to suit her, I believe.
Female. For some reason this one strikes me as being female.

Epoivy is quiet, not very expressive. She's calm in almost any situation, and does cherish her flock very much. She's elegant and gentle, but can be too detached and stubborn at times. When she makes up her mind she will do anything to achieve her goal. Epoivy doesn't work well with others most of the time, unless you are very close to her. She serves as a mother figure to the younger Bat Dragons in her flock.
Epoivy stared quietly ahead, face blank. One of the younger Bat Dragons in her flock approached her. Her face softened as he began to speak to her.
"Epoivy?" The young one started. Epoivy dipped her head, encouraging him to continue. "I can't sleep..." He finished, looking sadly to the ground.
"Just look at the stars, dear." Epoivy offered, looking at the bright pinpoints of light above her head as well. "Look, there's Orion over there on the left. To your right, bright star Sirius." The young one tilted his head upwards, searching the map of luminescence for each star she pointed out. They both fell quiet for a while, marveling at how many the were in the army of shining dots piercing the velvety night sky. He cracked a small smile.
"Epoivy, can you tell me more about the stars?" He asked, cautiously. She nodded, telling him the stories of the stars one by one. Eventually he stopped asking, and she found he had fallen asleep beside her. She smiled ever so slightly at him before settling down too.
Their flock surrounding them and the moon watching over them, they slept peacefully.
