He loves the rain and would prefer to be cold than hot. His icy blue/turquoise eyes are rare in nature and his pelt is unnatural.
This is my first Oekaki so I'm not really sure how to work everything, sorry if this is kind of weird, but it's hard for me to draw on a computer.
