yes, you can, but it will take longer depending on how complected the design is.

How can I adopt one?
all you have to do is look through the already drawn kitties and find one you like with an "adopt me!" Sign on it. Or, fill out a custom form. (You can also look through the pound at the kitties up for adoption)
When I find a pre-made kitty I like how do I adopt it?
Go to the page of that kitty and it will tell you how to get it. Sometimes it will be first come first serve, or sometimes it will be a contest! (The form for adopting will be on that cat's page)
