Love the eyes, but some of the other lines need to be a bit smoother, other than that, good job!

The skin tone may be a little dark, but overall it's a nice start.

It might just be me, but it looks like you used the fill tool? And that leaves a white rim around the lines. For the hair, if you want it more realistic textured, I'd say use a smaller size for whatever tools you used there. Lines aren't necessary, so it's fine there.

A question though, did you use multiple layers?

It's good overall though! But you asked for critique, so don't take it the wrong way please! :\

But if you aren't happy with your art at the moment, the best thing to do is just keep practicing and ask for critique like you are.

Oh, and if you ever want/need a redline, let me know and I'll try. :3
