Belated gift for Queen Blue

Queen Blue and I share a birthday <3 Due to oekaki issues, it took a bit for me to be able to do this for her.

Blue's favorite colors are blue and black...so she's blue and black.
She has a bracelet, a necklace and a flower near her ear. Hope you like it Blue!
