I was having this weird urge to draw China in more modern, western clothes. This was based loosely off one of my fanfictions, where Britain calls China "Watson" and then I needed to draw China in an over-sized jumper or something like that because yes.
The 3-D effect was just duplicating the lineart, moving it a little, coloring it blue and repeating the same process with the red, then turning the opacity down.
The noise-y rainbow effect is thanks to ~Pogo~
