To be honest, a white tiger with colorful stripes isn't the most original thing, there are many people who own such characters and who have the idea to draw one. So of course it can happen that two characters look almost the same.

But I'd say that there are a lot of differences between these two characters, like the color of the stripes, the eye color or the hair.
The only real similarity I see is the fact that it's a white tiger with blue stripes...
