Her wings are smaller than other wolves in her pack, so she wears the feather talismans because she's seriously afraid of flying. When she was younger she fell when flying as she couldnt keep up with her pack and she's still traumatised to this day about it. If it wasn't for the fact she fell into a lake she would have been killed.
