How do you color inside the lines on the computer?!

You have to make a new layer to do that go to the side box that says "layer 1" in it and in the bottom right hand corner is a + symbol. Click that to get a new layer. Double click to name the layer. Make ure not to do lines on layer one. It is for the background layer. To get color below the lines drag your color layer below your line layer
