No, she did not get rid of her cape and pocket knife, she is still that ferocious fierce wolf.
BUT, a spoiler, when Rouge goes on a date with Stone in my comic, when she was getting ready for it, her sister, Stacey, told her to do up her hair and took a pinecone and combed it. A Funny part is when she was done combing it, it went completely straight, then Stacey told her to do it up nicer and she did. this is how it turned out.
I Love it, and again, this is the new her. Her hair will be like this now :3
