This is a new character I recently designed. I was in a rush because I wanted to RP as her super duper bad. xD Her hair looks ugly, yes, but overall I'm pleased with how symmetrical the eyes came out- that's always my issue. Anyway, here she is!
Hmm, I believe her name is Xirea.
