My new character, Mystery Masquerade.
About Mystery:
Mystery is an actress, playing the roles of many characters and living many different lives. She has been featured in plays small and large, sometimes in the background, sometimes as the cunning antagonist, and even sometimes the star. It should not be surprising that there is more to her than meets the eye. Mystery Masquerade is not really a pony, but a changeling. Somehow lost away from the hive, she was found by kind ponies living near Manehatten, who took her in and raised her. She quickly learned to change her appearance, favoring that of a powder blue unicorn with a curly black mane. She has lived with this form for most of her life, but she will "adjust" it when needed, which is a large help to her talent.
When mystery first started to use her pony body, she did not take into account a Cutie Mark. Strangely enough, it appeared on it's own, right after her first school play. It was then that she learned her special talent was acting, something that she pursued with great joy.
I hope that doesn't sound mary-sue-ish. Any comments or criticism on either the character or the art are welcome.
