The little chestnut pangrene mare snorted and tossed her delicate head,
causing the lead rope to jump up and down. Cain, a boy around 15,
who had purple ears, pale skin, freckles, and cat ears tugged
gently at the mare's lead, trying to unload his mare from the trailer.
Lily, a girl who was Cain's sister, had her black hair in a braid as she
watched Cain, slightly dissapointed. She had told Cain she didn't like
this mare named Rematch's Buller, but Cain had been revolted.
For some reason she couldn't find, he thought this little mare was
the best horse in the world. She shook her head as Cain led the prancy
mare to her pasture that she had all to herself.
