Okay, Timer is dead on! It took me longer than I thought it would cause of the layers. They were mixed up and crossed over and every thing was, well you get the point. I wanted the wavy main and special horns, but the wavy main was so big, it covered the horns, so I took and moved ALL of the horn layers up above the hair layers. After that, I gave everything a dark over coat with some light black, I replicated the body color layer and drew some low opacity black on it, to add a dark feeling, I just covered the BG layers with some low opacity black. Then I went in with the sparkles to make it "Magical" I thought I was finished and then my sis said, "Yeah I wanted to the male hair and the wavy main, but the hair covered the male fur." So I thought, I erased some of the main lines, shading, and color, it was almost done, but then I saw the back fur piece. The main covered it completely, so, I made a blue out line of it when the hair layers were off, then I erased the color and shadow from the inside of the blue line, then I had it! And thats how I did this, I like it,I could have done better, but my tablet is at a friends house.
