Candy Cane Rune Dragon for sweetypie978

A commission for sweetypie978. I wasn't sure I liked it at first, but after it all came together I was rather pleased. It makes me think of playing fetch on a snowy day with her candy cane! ^.^ (Timer may be an hour or so off...)
